Shipping policy

All items will be shipped out during the designated shipping days of the week unless pre-orders. Any item purchased with a pre-order will not be shipped out until the pre-order is ready to be shipped as well.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Duckbird is not responsible for any additional charges, delays due to customs processing, or refused shipments. By placing an international order, you agree to accept any applicable fees required by your country’s customs regulations.
